Apples and carrots are in season in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana during August, which means it’s a perfect time to include them in your kids’ lunches. Carrot Pinwheels
What you need:
2 flour tortillas (8 inch)
3 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
2 carrots, finely shredded (about 1 cup)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
How to make:
SPREAD tortillas with cream cheese spread. Top with vegetables.
ROLL up tortillas tightly; wrap individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 30 min.
UNWRAP roll-ups; cut each into 6 pieces just before serving.

Delicious Nutty Apple Snack
What you need:
1 apple, cut into 8 wedges
2 Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 Tbsp. PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
How to make:
SPREAD apples with reduced-fat cream cheese.
SPRINKLE with nuts.

What you need:
1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
2 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 large carrot, shredded
1 green onion, thinly sliced
4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
How to make:
MIX dressings in large bowl.
ADD lettuce, chicken, carrots and onions; mix lightly.
SPOON onto tortillas; roll up.
