Ingredients
- 1 Onion-chopped
- 1 pint Half & Half Cream
- 2 C Monterrey Jack Cheese
- Chopped Parsley
- 1 Ib. Crab Meat
- 1 stick Butter or Margarine
Instructions
- Melt butter and saute onions until clear. Add green onions and parsley and cook for 1 minute. Add Half & Half, cheese and drained crabmeat. Stir and let simmer until cheese is melted.
