PHILADELPHIA SPINACH DIP

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’s or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1 env. (1 oz.) rand salad dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. (9 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained, chapped
  • ½ cup chopped red peppers
Instructions
  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Notes
To quick-thaw frozen spinach, microwave for about half the cooking time specified on the package.
Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables and/or your favorite crackers.
