  • 1 Onion-chopped
  • 1 pint Half & Half Cream
  • 2 C Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Ib. Crab Meat
  • 1 stick Butter or Margarine
  1. Melt butter and saute onions until clear. Add green onions and parsley and cook for 1 minute. Add Half & Half, cheese and drained crabmeat. Stir and let simmer until cheese is melted.
