Full of Mediterranean flavors from the feta, fresh tomatoes and basil, this dish rivals the grilled chicken pasta salad at your favorite restaurant.
- 2 C Penne Pasta, cooked
- 1 C Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- ½ C GOOD SEASONS Italian, Mild Italian, or Zesty Italian Dressing Mix (to prepare with less oil, see tip)
- ⅓ C Fresh Basil, lightly packed, cut into strips
- ¼ C Red Onions, chopped
- ¼ C Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped (not oil packed)
- ½ lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, grilled, cut into ¼ in. thick slices
- COMBINE all ingredients except chicken.
- TOP with chicken.
How to Prepare GOOD SEASONS with Less Oil
Prepare dressing as directed on package using ¼ C each water and oil instead of the ½ C oil.
