Weeknight Cheese Quiche

Weeknight simplicity? You got it. This cheesy quiche can be in the oven with just 15 minutes of prep time.
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ⅓ cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 frozen pie crust (9 inch), thawed
  • ¼ cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in spinach.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk and dressing in medium bowl until blended. Add spinach mixture and cheese; mix well. Pour into crust; sprinkle with bacon.
  4. Bake 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serving Suggestion

Serve this easy-to-make entrée with a mixed green side salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing, a whole grain roll and fresh fruit for dessert.


Prepare using MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese.

Transfer frozen pie crust from foil pan to pie plate before filling as directed.
