Nut Butter and Banana Sandwich

All you have to do is use an unsalted, sugar and saturated oil free kind of butter, almond if you like and enjoy your bacon in breakfast. Toast two slices of brown bread and butter them. Arrange sliced bananas on one slice and top it up with some maple syrup to make it moist and sweet. Brown bag goodie, isn’t it?
Tuna Cottage Cheese and Potato Salad
Most often than not, you will already have all the ingredients for this one. It is oil free and rich in carbohydrate and protein. Makes for an ideal tasty working-day lunch option.
Bake a jacket potato is an oven till it is soft. Make a mixture with grated cottage cheese, sliced canned tuna, chopped spring onion and coriander, and halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Cut the potato in half and fill it with the mixture.
Avocado Club Sandwich
