Red, White, and Blueberry Skewers
Makes: 10 Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1 C Strawberries, rinsed, drained, and quartered
- 1 C Blueberries, rinsed and drained
- ¾ C Miniature Marshmallows
Instructions:
- Prepare by alternating fruits and marshmallows on skewers, and ready to serve!
Shrimp Kabobs
Makes: 10 Skewers
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Medium Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 C Combined, Fresh Red Bell Pepper, Onion, Zucchini, and Yellow Squash, cut in chunks; Whole Mushrooms and Cherry Tomatoes
Instructions:
- To prepare, alternate shrimp, and vegetables on the skewers and season as desired.
- Barbeque for approximately 7 minutes on a hot grill, turning skewers over once approximately halfway through grill time.
- Remove and serve.
Grilled Pineapple with Ham Kabobs
Makes: 10 Skewers
Ingredients:
- 2 C Medium Pineapple Chunks
- ½ lb. Lean Ham Slices, cut in 3 in. strips
Instructions:
- To prepare, fold ham strip around pineapple chunk and slide the ham and pineapple onto a skewer.
- Continue to add additional pineapple/ham pieces until skewers are full.
- Grill for approximately 5 minutes and then serve.
