This Labor Day, trim hamburger calories by blending traditional ground meat with lean, ground sirloin (keeps enough fat for juicier, tastier burgers). Monitor extra calories used to dress burgers; mustard, lettuce, pickles and onions are almost calorie-free, but mayonnaise and ketchup should be used sparingly. Finish your burger off with 2%-reduced fat cheese and shave even more calories. Blended meats, and less dress on your burger can save approximately 150 -200 calories per burger.
