Ingredients
- pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
- 3 cups chopped leftover roasted turkey
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup chopped red peppers
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 12 savory butter dinner rolls, split
- 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Roasted Turkey Gravy, warmed
Instructions
- Prepare stuffing in large bowl as directed on package. Add turkey, cheese, peppers and eggs; mix just until blended.
- Shape into 24 patties, using about 3 Tbsp. stuffing mixture for each patty.
- Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add 12 patties; cook 5 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and turkey patties.
- Place roll halves, cut sides up, on platter; top with turkey patties. Drizzle with gravy, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.
