- 2 C White Rice, cooked
- 1 lb. Tilapia
- 1 can (14½ oz.) Diced Tomatoes, undrained
- ¼ C KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- ½ C KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
- ADD rice to microwaveable casserole dish. Place fish in single layer over rice and top with tomatoes and dressing, then cover.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH 10 minutes, then top with cheese.
- MICROWAVE uncovered for 2 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
