Pre-made snacks: fruit trays, vegetable trays, hummus dip, guacamole dips and low-fat cream cheese spreads for veggies. Make your own tortilla pinwheels (lowfat cream cheese, dried tomatoes, olives), fruit/veg trays, baked crackers and chips, popcorn, turkey sandwiches (using 40-calorie bread slices, cut in triangles), Pita pockets (1/2 pita stuffed with chicken, lettuce, hummus), turkey/cheese roll ups (lean turkey slices, rolled up with 2% reduced-fat cheese slices inside), wraps with low-carb tortillas. Bring your own “mocktail”. Choose zero/low calorie, non-alcoholic drinks or individual serving packets that look like a drink, yet don’t have all the calories of regular alcohol beverages.
