2 cups blueberries, rinsed 2 tablespoons of sugar ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 pound of strawberries , rinsed Juice from one freshly squeezed orange
8oz. Cool Whip, Light
Mix berries together in one large bowl, add the fresh mint, squeeze orange juice over the mixed berries, and sprinkle the sugar over berries. Stir to mix well, then divide into ½ – 1 cup servings and place 1-2 tablespoons of Cool Whip on top of each serving. Delicious!
