Ingredients
- 3 Avocados
- 1½ Ripe Tomatoes, diced
- 1½ Onion, chopped
- 1½ Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeno, chopped
- 1½ Lime, squeezed
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In large bowl, mash peeled avocados.
- Mix in tomatoes, onion, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, and salt and pepper. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
